By accessing and using the Bestpooja website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Bestpooja provides game development services including but not limited to mobile game development, casino game development, multiplayer game development, Unity development, Unreal Engine development, and game UI/UX design. The scope, timeline, and cost of specific projects will be detailed in individual project agreements.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in the work product created by Bestpooja will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Bestpooja retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals and agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
Bestpooja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Bestpooja reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
